We are Here to Help!

We assist familes, trustees, and executors in estate liquidations, moving & downsizing sales utilizing cutting edge terchnology and a proprietary process that accomplishes complete, hassle free & profitable estate sales in a quick & efficient fashion to allow your cherished belongings and no longer needed items to find new homes so the items can be useful to others and loved for years to come.

How we Do it!

  • Free Consultation

We set up with you a free consultation where we meet with you, discover your goals, come up with a solution to help you, and complete a contract to perform an estate, moving, or downsizing sale. We can also offer and come up with solutions to not only conduct the estate sale, but arrange donation and/or removal of items from the home that do not sell as well as offer professional home cleaning services.

  • Inventory & Photographing

Once we have set up a contract with dates for the estate sale, our team travels to your home. We conduct a complete inventory & photograph everything you wish to sell, and place the items on our website's homepage for buyers to view and bid on. All items are available for public viewing and bids typically for up to 2 weeks to find just the right buyers for your items. Owners are not allowed to bid on their items, so make sure you know what you want to keep before we get there to do the inventory.

  • Set up your Sale & Pick Up

A specific end date and time for your unique estate sale or auction is set according to your contract and schedule. Bids from community members can be placed in advance and up to the sale closing date & time. Live bids can be placed as the timed "auction" estate sale is closing. Depending on the number of items you have for sale, this process can take several hours, but it all done online. All bids are final and items sell to the highest bidder on that date and time.

For security, we do not give out your address information until after the sale closes and it is only provided to those who purchase items in the online sale. Successful buyers then log in and pay for their items, then receive exact pickup information on their invoices. All sold items are removed from your location on the pre-set date and time and are removed typically in one afternoon after the sale concludes.

  • Proceeds for your sale

We send you a check for your sale along with a complete statement of items sold a week to ten days after your estate sale pick up.

"How to Prepare for Your Sale"

Deciding what to keep, what to sell, or how to organize can be overwhelming.

Our free consultation can help, but here are a few ideas to get you started

Family First!

Make sure all family members have had a chance to pick something out from the estate and remove the items before we start the inventory process. We cannot put a price on Sentimental Items

Separate Items for Sell

Separate out or mark items that are "Not for Sale" that should not be sold if they cannot be removed from the home prior to inventory. (Painter's tape or colored sticker dots work great!)

One Mans Trash...

That's right, one man's trash is another's treasures as the saying goes. Do not throw away or donate anything without consulting us. Leave items in place and we will sort, organize, recycle or dispose of items that cannot be sold

Don't Loose $$$

Do not cash in coins, fire arms, jewelry, gold, silver, or vehicles to dealers. We typically acheive FAR higher results even after commssion costs

What Sells?

Higher end items bring more attention to your estate sale and help sell everything else with better returns. It is difficult or not possible to have an estate sale without these items.

What Doesn't Sell

Don't cheapen up your sale. If it's broken, non-repairable, or actually trash, go ahead and get rid of it or have us haul it away. If in doubt, leave it there for us to decide. Old stained mattresses or linens, and tube TVs are on the "Do not Sell" list
